Ice Skating

Who is up for a night of gliding over the ice and tumbling down bowling lanes! This Tuesday we will be meeting up at the Dundonald International Ice Bowl for a night of bowling and ice skating. The plan is to go tenpin bowling first, followed by ice skating sometime after the rink opens for the evening at 19:30. We realise that a number of you may be hesitant to get on the ice, but try to think of it as an opportunity for a new experience and a way to challenge yourself! We’ll all be there for moral (and perhaps some physical) support! Though of course there is always more bowling if the skating seems too much.

The plan is to meet at the Ice Bowl itself, as such you will need to organise your own transport. If you cannot drive or car-share we would suggest that you get the number 19 bus from the City Centre (Donegall Square West):

17:05 Donegall Square West (City Hall) – 17:46 Dundonald Ice Bowl
17:25 Donegall Square West (City Hall) – 18:02 Dundonald Ice Bowl

And of course you can get the appropriate 8B (Malone Road/Elms/SU) or 8A (Stranmillis/SU) into the City Centre first if you’re coming from South Belfast.

The ice skating will be open until 22:00 and the tenpin bowling until 23:00.

Post if you have any questions & let people know if you are offering a lift, see you there!
